Lucky Huaguang Graphics Co., Ltd(whose former name is The Second Film Factory of Lucky Group, under called Lucky Huaguang) is located at Nanyang City, Henan Province. It is largest base for printing photosensitive material research and production in China. It is also the only one of the state-owned large enterprises that can manufacture both graphic-art film and printing plate to serve printing from every aspect, and enables China's printing industry to end its history of lead and fire and step into a period of light and electricity.

Ipagsa has a clear export orientation, making their products present inover 70 countries worldwide, allocating 80% of its production to marketing in countries outside ofour borders.
